The rooms were clean warm and the staff were very helpful. Also the prices seem to be very reasonable. It is opposite a coop corner shop and is on a main bus route and is only 10 mins from the station and the city centre

My bed sheets were not changed there was what appeared to be mouse poo on my bed and towel ,holes in the ceiling the wooden beam looked like it was going to fall down. I tried to complain as politely as possible but wasn't taken seriously and just offered a clean towel and was told the bed was made in the old way because people can't get in it if tucked in properly. I called your let them know I was leaving to find my number blocked. I rarely complain but even my boss after seeing the photos demanded I leave although I said I'd stay as it was late when I finished work. I'm really shocked

Absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend staying here no doors on the birth room the tv don’t work paid £110 for 3 nights not worth it it’s dirty mold and bed stains

Wow, this should never have been a Lodge Hotel & more of a homeless free for all where anyone can walk in & around the hallways & building.
Worst place I have ever stayed in ( not that i could get any sleep ), not only was I kept awake all night with people walking in & out of each others rooms talking & banging doors, there is a really moisty smelly carpet in the shower area, no door on the toilet/bathroom
NEVER in a million years would I ever stay here ever again, rooms are absolutely filthy with blankets that make you itch.
Disgusted in this place, only fit for a homeless centre..

For the price I payed, the experience was amazing. I went there expecting average, but can come back saying it was great. Employees were polite and respectful. Also really helpful in accompanying me to my room. beds were of good quality and the rooms were very clean. Service was top!!

Awful place to stay, better sleeping in your car and keep the money than sleep in this awful and rubbish place. I have slept in many cheap hotel but this one is by far the worst of the worst! I don’t know how local councils let this scumbags exist.

I was looking for a room last week . Had some questions before I booked online, so I phoned up to ask . Left two messages on the answer phone, and no one called me back at all . Had to go back to the hotel I had used before 12 miles out of town .

Unsafe and noisy. Carpets scrambling, steps that are not fully visible or humps in landing
People talking and playing music most of the night and early hours in the morning
Nobody at reception pretty much 90 percent of the time. Very outdated, no channels on TV. Rubbish to be honest

Avoid at all costs!
The smell in this place was disgusting. I don't know how to describe it, but it was horrendous.
I've stayed in some cheap hotels for work, but this was by far the worst ever. It didn't feel clean or safe and wasn't cheap either at £50 per night for a single room.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

WiFi was on point. Solid connection.
Guvnor welcoming, intellectual and brilliant host.
One of the nicest smelling hotels I've never stayed in.

Booking.comには朝食付と記載がありましたが、他の書き込みの通り、朝食なしとのことでした。部屋もシンプルです。天井のシミは多少気にはなるけどポタポタ落ちては来ないので1～2泊なら許容範囲かも。寝る、軽く体洗いたい、駐車場無料、で良いならリーズナブルで良いかも。斜め前に日本でいうコンビニみたいなスーパーがあるので、ちょっと何か買いたいなら便利。部屋のマグカップはひび割れすごくて使いませんでした。

The Land Lord is the a Good Guy.But the few issues been there.
1.it wasn't been a hot water I must to take a shower with the cold one.
2.The pressure of water was a Joke.
3.in the Room for Two Bulbs been working just a one..
4.The Duvet was so Thiny I will say 2mm Thick and it was a Cold in Night Time.
5.The Smell of weed been around ( I don't care actually but some weed been left in my room😆)
The Owner is a Best Guy but he Trying to save each Penny .. so I wouldn't go there again..

The landlord is rude and he sits downstairs smoking weed with his mates while selling prescription medications and fake brand name clothing when ever I went to speak to him as a Tennant he would say make an appointment as he's in a meeting when ges getting stoned with his mates
